Return & Refund Policy – 14 Days

 

We want you to love your new Jewellery! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

 

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• Jewellery with custom engraving or personalized items cannot be returned.

 

Return Shipping:

 

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

Refunds:

 

• Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  From there, you can view your orders and submit a return request directly.
  

 

Exchanges:

 

• If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
